particular trip became a real hassle because the property host never responded and at the last minute DRBO had to find me another place to stay this particular property host responded with false information saying that it was because of the age that she had to cancel, however no one ever asked me my age, so that’s completely false.

DO NOT PAY TO FOR THIS LOCATION!!! The host Monica never answered! She never sent updates on check in instructions! I contacted her prior to my stay and never heard from her and the day of there was no answer sent multiple messages and her phone was off it would go straight to voicemail. They take your money and the night of your stay your left to fend for yourself and pay to stay at another location. VRBO basically has not send me my refund as they keep saying they are solving the issue but will not give a time frame of when it will be solved and I did not get any help the night of the stay was basically told there is nothing we can do you have to look for a place yourself and pay yourself we won’t help!! DO NOT PAY FOR THIS PLACE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT ANSWER AND THE DAY OF YOUR STAY YOU WONT GET HELP!!!
