Süße Unterkunft

Die Villa hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch das Frühstück war wirklich toll - wir haben sogar einen Sekt angeboten bekommen und uns wurden nachher Papiertüten mitgegeben, damit nichts weggeschmissen werden muss. Das Brötchen konnten wir bei der Wanderung dann noch essen. Die Lage war auch wirklich passend! Uns haben allerdings auch ein paar Dinge gestört. Leider konnten wir erst um 9:15 Uhr zum Frühstück, obwohl wir meist ab 6 Uhr wach sind - aber das ist wohl den aktuellen Coronamaßnahmen verschuldet. Ansonsten war uns das Bett zu weich und es war etwas schade, dass beide Servicekräfte zu unterschiedlichen Zeitpunkten keine Maske trugen. Einmal bei der Begrüßung bis wir im oberen Geschoss waren und während des Frühstücks bzw. Auschecken. Das habe ich persönlich als sehr unfreundlich empfunden. Andere mögen dies wieder anders sehen.

Die kleine Villa ist wunderschön. Der Service ist großartig. Wir wurden sehr freundlich umsorgt und sehr gut über die Geschichte des Hauses informiert.

Unique experience

Beautiful B&B mansion that has been restored back to the original 18th-century style. The service is provided by the owner and her family and is both very friendly and professional. The mansion is located about 10 minutes walk to the main city square of Eisenach and next to the steep road leading to the UNESCO world heritage-listed Wartburg chateau.

Unbelievable hospitality! Perfect Place!

The place was way more than expected, the owners bent over backwards to make our stay totally awesome!.. I wish we could have stayed a few more days. They understood English and made us feel special to have been there. The woman who fixes the breakfast (owners wife) cooked me scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast because she wanted me to have whatever I wanted.. but the regular buffet was full of delicious breads and fruits and meats. I rarely leave reviews but, the people running this "house.. villa" made us feel truly welcomed and deserving of a review. Would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone! The Wartburg Castle is a must see, and is just across the road and up the mountain.
