We stayed here for 4 nights in s family room and it was good. Check in went very smooth and the front desk clerk was very welcoming and cheerful. The separate bedroom was nice but the door dividing it was so creeky that it may as well not been on. The beds were a bit rough but to be expected at that price point. Our room was cleaned daily and never too early. The breakfast was really good lots of options and even if it was busy always had stock. The pool was great but a bit in the cool side and the water slide was the deal breaker and didn't disappoint. Check out was literally seconds and all in all a good stay. Lots of free parking and tons of things in the area as well, restaurants Walmart shops etc.

We stayed here for a couple of days while on a family trip. Great place to stay and a free continental breakfast in the morning. The room was very clean and the hotel is well kept. This hotel is super easy to find and there is a Denny's attached to the hotel and several mini malls within walking distance. There is also a bowling alley beside it.

Decent room. Enough space for our family of 5. Lots of restaurants really close plus some shopping that was walking distance. The breakfast was terrific and the lady working it was really friendly. The pool was hit with the kids because of the great slide and it wasn't too busy when we were there.

There were flakes in my bed and extremely discussing & outdated. In friends room there was resses peices wrappers. The carpet was beyond gross. The pool was good though. I think it is a good hotel if your on a budget though.

There are not many hotels in the Edmonton south area (or in general) with budget hotels that have waterslides. Waterslides are perfect for 5 year olds! We've stayed at this one before and the location is good, the rooms are average, and the complimentary breakfast is average (basic). The shower in our room was terrible. Just a trickle of water with hardly any pressure. The front desk staff is one of the friendliest I've had the pleasure of checking in and also at check-out. I was quite pleased to discover that there is a bbq and picnic table available for use through the swimming pool exterior door. I wish I knew earlier! We'll be staying here again.

Juvi, Linda, and Anilla are the best. We have been staying at this hotel since it opened in the 90's. Grant and his gang do a great job. I saw Grant and his wife tending to the flower garden in the entry area. Although I think his wife was the foreman.

We were staying in town for a tournament, so didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel. For that purpose, it certainly met our needs. The location is good, with easy access from north and south (once you learn it!). The room was OK, but a bit dated, as others have noted. Breakfast was fine, but certainly not exceptional. All said, I couldn't rate this hotel as Very Good, but Average was OK for our needs this time, and given the rate we paid, that's really all we had the right to expect.

My family stayed here while I needed to travel for business. The room was clean and the temperature was just right. Bathroom was spotless. The pool area was always clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating (extra pillows and plastic utensils). The wifi was not always reliable (had to log in again, signal not strong) but the staff gave us a number to call for any issues. Breakfast includes fresh fruit and a variety of other foods that had my family happy! The hotel is SUPER easy to get in and out of onto main drags. With restaurants in walking distance along with a gas station next door, this is a great place.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Everyone was accommodating to our kids and made us feel very welcome during our 3 night stay here. The kids LOVED the pool and said the water slide was very slick (our 6 year old was scared of how fast it went so just the older kids used it). The breakfast is fantastic and the lady working there was super helpful (so appreciated). We would definitely stay here again.

In need of an update. Only stayed because part of a group for tournament. It could use a REALLY good cleaning if they can't afford to Reno this place. All staff I encountered was courteous...breakfast ladies were very kind to our kids. Pool is suffice for the team but air quality is very poor. Eyes sting from chemicals.
