Please note that the garage and basement is a private area and not accessible to our guests. Basement is tenanted to a quiet, peaceful family.

HOT TUB USE

Hours of Use: Hot tub is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM to ensure quiet hours are maintained.

Maximum Capacity: Please adhere to the maximum capacity indicated (e.g., 4-6 persons) for safety and comfort. No unregistered guests.

No Glass Containers: All drinks and items must be in non-glass containers to prevent breakage and injury.

Shower Before Use: Please shower before entering to keep the water clean.

No Food or Heavy Alcohol: For safety, do not consume heavy alcohol or have food in or near the hot tub.

Children Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times by an adult.

Health Guidelines: Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds, contagious conditions.

No Diving or Rough Play: For safety, avoid diving, jumping, or roughhousing.

Turn Off When Not in Use: Please turn off jets and lights when not in use.

Dispose of Trash Properly: Use designated bins for trash and hygiene items.

Report Issues: Notify us immediately of any equipment malfunctions or cleanliness concerns.

We provide a starter pack of essentials, including coffee, salt/pepper, sugar, paper towels, toilet paper, body wash, hand wash and other basic essentials to get you started. This covers most stays, but longer stays may require additional supplies, which will be the guest's responsibility to restock.
