The Salty Egret - Free Pool Pass

The Salty Egret is the perfect coastal getaway located within the 300 acre gated community of the Ocean Ridge Resort on Edisto Beach. With tall ceilings, large windows overlooking the lagoon, and and an end-unit location, this lovely family retreat is sure to be a favorite on anyone`s list. Guests have FREE amenity access to 3 pools (one being heated), a shared jacuzzi tub, putt putt, playgrounds, basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts, bike trails, a fitness center, and more!

The Egret`s Pointe townhomes are located close to the main entrance of the resort making for a short walk to the marina and restaurants. The closest pool is only two buildings over and is located right next to Water`s Edge Cafe. The deck located on the rear side of the home has seating for 4 where guests can relax and listen to the calming sound of the lagoon fountain. The primary bedroom has a balcony and seating for 2 located just above the back deck.

All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The primary bedroom that overlooks the lagoon features a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a vanity, and a tub/shower combo. The 2nd bedroom also features a king bed with an ensuite full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom features a twin daybed and a twin trundle.

The open floor plan features a spacious kitchen with granite countertops and standard appliances including a stovetop/oven, a freezer top fridge, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Additional small appliances include a blender, a drip coffee maker, toaster, can opener, etc. The dining table seats 6 and there are 3 bar stools located at the kitchen bar. The living room offers amble comfortable seating with a large sectional sofa and an cozy armchair.

The half bathroom and laundry area are located on the main floor just off the foyer.

There is enough parking for 4 vehicles directly in front of the home. Please be mindful that parking can be limited during the summer months.

Golf carts and bikes are not included. Guests may rent bikes and LSV`s (NOT golf carts) from any of the recommended rental companies on the island prior to their stay. LSV`s are limited so please reserve early should you wish to have one for your stay. Please feel free to reach out to us for recommendations!

-You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home.
-There are 3 community pools open year round but only one is heated and has a retractable roof.
-Grills are not allowed at the unit. However there are community grills located nearby.
-Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
-No pets allowed.
-No Parties, events, loud music etc.
-While guests have access to all of the Ocean Ridge Resort amenities. We do not maintain the amenities and cannot control if an amenity is closed or requires maintenance during your stay.-Guests get access to Ocean Ridge amenities via a key fob. If the key fob is lost the cost to replace the fob is $500.
