The room was well-equipped and in great condition, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the staff were always courteous and helpful. I arrived in the morning (after an overnight flight to the US) and the hotel was happy to hold my bags in safe storage until check-in time.

Scottish tweaks to the breakfast selection. Breakfast staff were exceptionally tentative. Room was spotless. Pillows and bed extremely comfy. Blackout curtains and soundproof room. Great tasty menu with great service.
