Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. The hotel is located just about 5 minutes walk from Princes St. it is also close to George St, Royal Mile and about 15 minutes walk to St. James Quarter mall. I will stay there again.

Staff were amazing, nothing was too much. The team even had flowers in the room for a birthday. The room its self was brilliant, clean, spacious and well equipped. Again need to acknowledge the staffs service, well above and beyond. We booked a hotel and got an experience!

Really lovely hotel - the staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, warm and comfy. The rooms have good amenities and the downstairs bar is very nice. A really good hotel!
