Incredible backyard to enjoy with your family. Enjoy the 35 ft. long pool next to the patio bar equipped with a griddle or bbq pit for your cookout. This property is beautiful and has a 7ft concrete privacy fence. There is plenty of room for up to 10 guests to stay comfortably.

Top notch facility

We had business meetings in RGV and this house was perfect for us. Very clean, well kept with plenty of parking and amazing backyard. Host communicated quickly and was a delight to work with. I’ll be booking this house again in the future.

Overall great home for families

Yvonne was great, understanding and accommodating. She modified our dates twice as things came up for our family. She was very quick to respond and very professional. Our negatives for the accuracy of the description of the listing: the listing didn’t specify that one of the rooms was outside the main house (so we were unable to use it as we didn’t want our children in another building); and the fact that the jacuzzi was out of order. There was a Blackstone flat grill, however, there was no propane bottle included and the listing didn’t state that it wasn’t provided. The listing also didn’t state about there being cameras all over the property, however, we addressed this with Yvonne and she addressed all of our concerns. Our negatives for cleanliness: Nothing major, but the outside grill was dirty, the outside brick oven had lots of cigarette butts and was not usable. There were bugs, so it could use an extermination, however, we did take account in Texas during that season, there will be an increase in bugs. Overall the stay was great and the home provided just what we needed while visiting our family for the week. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Mission Group Stay

We were down for Spring Break with a Mission Team. The property was close to our work site and worked out really well. We were able to book a pool party for the whole group (only 1/2 of our group stayed at the property) They had a great time. The refrigeration units in the pool house need cleaned. And the showers could use a little more attention but were not nasty. Most of the cleaning issues were minor. Yvonne was great to work with! Bottom Line, we would come back again!
