Modern living set in beautiful countryside surroundings with ample living and outdoor space. The barn has a large open plan kitchen, living and dining space to the ground floor with double bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Large master bedroom and ensuite shower to the first floor. Terrace to open fields. The perfect rural location close to the village of Cowden and country pubs. Gatwick 30 mins and only 35 mins to London. Hever Castle, Penshurst Place and Tunbridge Wells just a short drive away.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Large patio area with outdoor seating and fire pit, with large open lawn stretching to the tree line. Please keep to the area directly to the back of the property as this is shared with the large house next to the property
