Yes room in good condition but a bit dark. Bathroom functional but outdated. Bed very comfortable. Main issue was adjacent room. Guy arrived in his van at 2.00am and laughed and joked with a female for 2 hours ( until 4.00am).. Noise came through and we couldn't sleep. Should be a sign stating that residents must be considerate and keep noise to a minimum eapecially after midnight.!!!

Everything is usually ok there and the new owners are updating well and the meal was great. BUT no sleep .due to women coming and going in one particular room behind my room. Cant say whay was going on until 4 in the morning I will leave that to your imagination. But it was very inappropriate.

The place was dirty , smelled of mould and the bathroom was dirty, the basin was old and shower cabin also dirty . Place was tiny and not worth the money we paid. I cancelled as I am suffering from asthma and the smell was making me sick . I was told that I will get my money back . We didn’t stay there. I’m surprised that Expedia actually has a place like that advertised.

I dont wish to be too harsh, but reception was non existent, dogs barking incessantly nearby and a general run down appearance were all evident. Given the room rates being charged I suggest owners take a good look at the overall set up.

Dont stay

The manager parked his car outside our room and would sit in there with engine running on his phone so you couldnt sit outside and exhaust fumes would enter your room , one of the rudest people ive ever seen.
