Mooi huis op kleinschalig vakantieparkje met mooi uitzicht

Prachtig nieuw huis, van alle gemakken voorzien, in rustig buurtje met mooi uitzicht op zee. Veel ruimte voor groot gezin. Heerlijke dagen met fijne zithoek, grote eettafel, bioscoopje, zwembad, pooltable en sauna. Verbeterpuntjes (maar laat je daardoor niet weerhouden en huis is echt heel nieuw:) whirlpool werkte niet, geen ramen die open kunnen, en tuin en paadjes moeten nog worden afgewerkt :)

Ein sehr komfortables und schönes Haus

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool waren super. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Einzig der Garten war noch nicht angelegtDie Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Was uns allerdings gestört hat, der Müll von den Vormietern wurde nicht abgeholt.

Wir haben uns auf den Urlaub mit den Kindern, Eltern und Schwester gefreut, auf Wind und Regen eingestellt haben wir diese eigentlich wunderschöne Unterkunft gebucht mit Whirlpool, Sauna und Swimmingpool Ende August auch mit angelegtem Garten. Vorgefunden haben wir dann einen nicht fertiggestellten Hof mit Stolperfallen von der anfangs dort befestigten Sauna, der Whirlpool konnte nicht genutzt werden, da das Wasser über einen externen Schlauch nach Reklamation genutzt werden musste um den Pool zu füllen. Jedoch war die Wärmepumpe defekt, der Whirlpool konnte nicht genutzt werden. Der Vermieter wurde dann anscheinend von Novasol informiert und wollte vorbeikommen, diesen haben wir nicht zu Gesicht bekommen und konnten den Whirlpool nicht nutzen. Durch die Aktion mit den externen Schlauch zum Füllen des Whirlpools wurde eine Fehlfunktion der Pumpe am Pool ausgelöst, die zu pfeifenden Geräuschen in Schlafzimmer 1 geführt und der Innenpool immer mehr Wasser verloren hat. Die Klimaanlage im Poolraum läuft 24 Stunden und macht immer unangenehme Geräusche auch in Schlafzimmer 1. Die Küche und die Bäder waren nicht richtig sauber. Die Duschen und Duschwände total verkalkt und in der Küche waren das Geschirr, Töpfe und die Abzugslüftung am Herd sehr dreckig. Ich kann gerne ein Beweisfoto vom Herdabzug zur Verfügung stellen. Um das Haus ist es sehr unordentlich, hat nichts mit angelegtem Garten zu tun.. In dem Zimmer mit den zwei Einzelbetten gibt es ein Bett uAgeGoldstückBeschreibung
