Located on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator. This warm 28 m² studio with balcony offers you a magnificent view of the mountains.
The living room has a sofa bed for two people, a television and a dining area.
The recent kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher.
You will also find an alcove with four bunk beds (90x190) as well as a bathroom and separate toilet.

Access to the central terrace of the esplanade du valentin is prohibited (covered parking works). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible thanks to a traffic lane.
