I had to be away from home for a week and the owner was willing to help make my stay affordable, provide a very clean, comfortable, non-smoking room. The morning breakfast items were tasty and a good start to the day. I am fortunate to find the hotel on Orbitz.

Got there in the evening and left the following morning. It was just a pit stop to our destination. The bed was not comfortable, felt like we were sleeping on cement.

Only recommended for people looking for cheap one night bed. No amenities or service.

My stay was great. [...] messed up my reservation - but the owner of the hotel personally helped me. My couldn't get the net on my laptop either, and they rebooted their system and got me on their hotel network. I had work to finish and they also allowed me to checkout late. The owner was there and is working hard to make a go of it and that impresses me. He is doing a good job as I saw many guests - happy.

Good value, nice room, easily accessible. Knowledgable and friendly staff.

no amenities. good place to stay if you're a truck driver and need a couple of hours of shut eye, but not if you're looking for some restful sleep. bad beds, bad smell. but front desk staff were very friendly.

Toilet was broken and staff got very rude and snotty and argued that they fixed it, but when I got back to my room later in the evening it did not flush, so I had to borrow a pliers from the front desk and fix it myself!!!!

the staff here were very helpful I was able to recieve fax at the office also the location was great and the beds were clean and the room was too

The East Grand Motel was clean. Good value for the money. Very basic accommodations.

The East Grand inn is very cheap, but not very nice, the toilet is too low, the sink to low, the shower was in bad shape, the hallways were smelly and the room was good for sleeping but not good if you would want to spend time in there.

Grand Forks was filled to capacity for motels. this was the only motel left for reservations. I thought it would be dirty. It was not. I thought the room would be small. It was not. So even though it was old and out of date and had no amenities, it was inexpensive.
