The rooms are very functional means no bigger or smaller than necessary but having said that they are perfectly comfortable and I love the Marshall Bluetooth speaker in each room that's a great touch. .. The staff are also excellent - friendly helpful and very customer service orientated. The location is also excellent. I should'nt give the place such a good review as it will get too popular !

The room and hotel were very nice. The staff were awesome. The only complaint is that the air conditioner will not stay on. i woke up every couple hours sweating to turn the ac back on. I had three more people in my group, all in there own rooms with the same complaint.

The hotel is in a great location with easy walking access to all the Christmas markets and shops. Downstairs bar area was great and nice ambience. Rooms were nice but no wardrobe space and a little tired paintwork in places. Overall a good hotel and a would return. Loud music was playing all 3 nights we stayed which could be heard through the windows.

Having stayed at the Ruby Luna several times we always comment on its ideal location for people who are working at the Messe as it is a short train journey away, also it is a nice short walk to the old town and riverbank with all that it offers .Good brekky,and great vibe created by motivated staff .Rooms fine with good walk in shower.

Room was very comfortable and bed was one of the best we’d slept in. Rooms were basic but had everything you needed for a short stay. Very clean with fab toiletries and little extras. The only thing I’d say is that the bathroom door could be a little more private due to its transparency when the light is on. Could maybe do with a curtain over it like the shower. Not a great problem as we got used to it but if you like your privacy then it’s something I think guests should be aware of. The location of the hotel was fabulous. Quiet but very central for everything. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Bar area was lovely and kept very neat and clean. We would certainly stay there again.

Das Zimmer war sauber, ich konnte auch bereits früher einchecken wrüber ich sehr froh war. Man kann das Zimmer komplett verdunkeln was mir einen ungestörten Schlaf geliefert hat. Es war auch ruhig obwohl ich eins hatte das zur Straße rausgeschaut hat. Alles in allem genau wie beschrieben und Tip top.
