Property was amazing. Nicely updated and room for our family of 6. It does not have direct access to Rainbow River, but they provide 4 passes to KP Hole Park which is right up the road

Host was immediately responsive, amenities excellent. Highly recommend. So close to KP Hole Park as well, perfect for diving, kayaking and snorkeling. Even left us passes for the park.

This place is special. I love the upgrades, the space inside and outside for adults, dogs, and kids. What a great location, kids/teen room, and the coffee bar was the icing on the cake! The owner communicated exceptionally well. I would recommend 100% to everyone. We will be back soon!

We were welcomed by Tyler with several messages and a great welcome basket filled with treats! The beds were comfortable, game room was a fun addition (even for adults), coffee bar was excellent and our dog loved roaming the backyard looking for deer.The online guide to the house is thorough and has many helpful suggestions on things to do in the area. Overall a great house for a relaxing vacation!

Such a beautiful and cozy place to stay! Excellent space for small or large groups and the kids bedroom/game room is just amazing. The back yard has so much room and a great hangout area. This is definitely a house to book with or without kids anytime of the year. The owners were super nice and quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely will be booking this house again.

First and foremost, thank you, Tyler and Linnette, for sharing such a beautiful home with us! Your attention to detail is truly on point — everything about this place is perfection. You’ve truly thought of everything!The house itself is amazing and in a fantastic location. Honestly, the pictures online don’t do it justice. There is so much space both inside and out, making it the perfect entertainment house for gathering with family and friends. It’s also one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed — spotless, relaxing, and incredibly peaceful.The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay even more comfortable. The teens absolutely loved the game room and happily retreated there each evening after dinner. And our fur-babies had the best time enjoying the outdoor space!The location couldn’t be more convenient — close to shopping centers, just minutes from KP Hole Park (with complimentary passes included!), and only a 10-minute drive to Rainbow Springs State Park.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

Upon arrival, the home access code did not function. However, the host responded promptly and we were able to gain entry without significant delay. The home itself was clean, bright and welcoming. The children’s room was a highlight, our 13-year-old was especially excited upon seeing it and although we did not spend much time there, he thoroughly enjoyed the space. The beds however we’re quite firm and may not suit all preferences. Some features, including the televisions and kitchen sink were initially somewhat challenging to operate. The hot tub more closely resembled a small round pool with limited jets and did not reach a particularly hot temperature. The location was excellent the conveniently situated near a grocery store and just a few miles from the downtown area. While we spent time with friends at their nearby home along the river, KP Hole is also close by and the property provides family passes for access.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO with our family this weekend. The property is spacious, clean, and perfectly laid out for a family getaway. We were not too far from Rainbow River, which made the location even better.The backyard was large and relaxing, and having a hot tub available was a nice bonus, even though we didn’t end up using it. Inside the home, the sleeping arrangements were easy to figure out, and everyone had plenty of space.One of my favorite features was the technology throughout the house. The robo-vac was awesome. We would start it before leaving for the store or heading out, and when we came back, the floors were clean again. The multi-room audio was also incredible. Someone could be watching TV in the living room with surround sound, someone else could be outside on the patio listening to music, and the kids could be in their room playing video games.The arcade game room was a big hit, and the overhead projector was a really nice touch. The house was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. I have zero complaints whatsoever.The cherry on top, which I didn’t even realize until the day of, was that we could charge our electric vehicle at the property. That was a huge bonus and made the stay even more convenient.The property owner also reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful. Fast communication makes a big difference, and he was responsive.
