We stated for two nights and made booking for two bedrooms. We got a suite with a main door leading to two spacious bedrooms, an ensuite, two basic kitchenette’s and two separate bathrooms. The location was five minutes walk from town centre and Dunedin railway station. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

A special thank you to the lovely receptionist who greeted us with a cheerful smile every time we came and went. This made us feel very welcome during our stay. We appreciated receiving a text message to let us know our room was ready and even more impressive was her quick response when I accidentally left some items behind in the room. She phoned me immediately to let me know, which I was so grateful for. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable!

The room was very clean and all staff lovely and friendly, The house keeping ladies really paid attention to detail. Amenities practical, but room needs a small amount of maintenance to give it the X factor. Loved our stay and would definitely return.

A hotel located close to the center. A bit alienating for my taste. There was no one at the reception and it took a while to figure out how to get in and how to park the car. Parking costs money and it's annoying. The room is large and clean but the bathroom has a shower curtain and all the water from the shower flows all over the floor of the room. There is a mop to scoop up the water. I didn't like the arrangement at all. The whole hotel looks and feels like an office building.
