The house felt half lived in. Closets still had other belongings in them. The other places we stayed the house was cleared with anything for the owners locked away. This place was expensive and did have a nice view but wasn’t the first class place it looked like online. We ended up staying only one night.

Great space and location -warm fire!

Great property for family. It had everything we needed and the log fire was fantastic on a cold winter Dunedin day! Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Spa pool was advertised but not at the property although not really an issue for us. One or two maintenance tasks needed attending to but not at all detracting from the property. Location was great if you have a vehicle. Beautiful view of the ocean.
