This condo was very nicely appointed. It seems to have been built recently. Plenty of room for four adults, nice kitchen with most everything one would need.Only three things kept us from giving 5 stars. First, there is no dining table. Just an eat-at counter top. Since we were gathering for a late Christmas with family, it would have been nice to have a place to sit and eat together.Second, the 'lake view' is only if you can see it between other buildings. It really shouldn't be listed as having lake views.Third, and we admit this is minor but a bit annoying, the TV did not get any local channels or live programs so we couldn't check local weather or news. Overall, a very nice place to stay. Clean, modern and in a great area.

It was the perfect location. We were able to walk to the aquarium, hop on the Vista cruise, plenty of options for eating and shopping. House was very clean, and very well supplied. We felt safe with the locked building and the area was safe. Only recommendations I would have is to get a Keurig, but otherwise we had an excellent stay.

This is the perfect location to stay when visiting Duluth. It is very close to the canal and lift bridge. We watched ship traffic from our deck. The unit was clean and comfortable, with plenty of onsite parking. The kitchen was well-equipped. Beds were comfy. The building and unit were secure with keyless digital locks. I will definitely stay here again.

Excellent accommodations. Very clean, welcoming, comfortable. Lots of space. Nicely decorated and lovely decor. Great location. Easy to check-in and check-out. Easy communication with the host. Very nice getaway. I would certainly book here again.

The apartment has a lot of space- parking easy. It was wonderful to be near the lift bridge and watch people from the deck. Wish there was a grill available on site.
