First of all the Rooms need fully maintenance also the corredors are to tight and i can hear the room next to me to loude and the issue i faced tgat the Water Maintenance which some times i dont have water in bath room so i become saving waters in botels and glasses
The location of this hotel is great. In a little street close to the main shopping area. About the hotel I can say that they don't do maintenance at all. In my room the walls were completely covered by hundreds of black signs of dirty. The walls damaged and the furnitures very poor. For the price I paid this is not the way to welcome a guest. Over all when I arrived to my room the room door was opena as well as the window and I was freezing inside the room. The staff is nice and they did they best because they could change my room since the hotel was fully booked. I would suggest the management to take care or the rooms because the price they charged is not balanced with the structures.
I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I had a single room that was small but that's fine. The bed was comfy and the shower was clean. The breakfast was okay, a standard buffet with a few options. However, when you were in the room you could hear the person next door walking. Just walking on the floor. Imagine the noise level when fellow travellers came back around 1am from a night out. Not fun. The room unfortunately had zero sound insulation, and when the 2nd day I asked for earplugs at the reception, the employee tried to find some for me (unsuccessfully) as if it was a normal thing. If you want a decent sleep, bring your own earplugs. Also, the room was super warm, that I had to switch off the heating and even open a window end of January.
We booked this hotel with the Booking and did not ask for my credit card on the website. I notified that we will arrive at about 11 pm. We arrived at 10:30 pm and the hotel canceled our reservation. The hotel person told us that we had to check in between 3pm and 6pm or that we would have paid by credit card first. This condition has not been written on our confirmation. Rate for customer satisfaction = Zero
Building is old, but modernized. Not a 3* Standard for my taste. Breakfast was okay and reception staff friendly. We had a handbag stolen out of our suitcase and the Manager Tim [--] was not even following up on it. I would never go back there!
Pros: Superb location, a quiet street yet just 5 min walk to Koenigsallee and Altstadt, 12 min to Hauptbanhof Good breakfast (hot dishes scarce but cold cuts, soft drinks, pastry, yoghurts, etc. are plentiful) Free soft drinks in mini-bar, refilled daily (was a pleasant surprise) Room had balcony Free Wi-Fi Decent value overall Cons: Stayed 5 nights, bed sheets never changed -- not once -- in a 4 star hotel. SERIOUSLY?! Balcony had cigarette butts scattered all over. Hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, and also, how hard could it be to clean up?! Constant cigarette smoke in the hallway, sometimes seeps under door into the room. Towels change is sporadic at best. First night nobody cleaned up the room despite having "Please clean up room" sign on door for 6 hours straight. Wi-Fi coverage could have been better. Expanding the breakfast selection with some more hot food wouldn't hurt either. All in all, an OK hotel located just where you want it but sometimes you have to wonder why even 3 stars elsewhere in Europe manage to provide a much better service.
Clean and warm hotel. Ideal as a base to collect my daughter at the end of her internship. Car park nearby appears safe
We had a pleasant stay in the Hotel. Unfortunately the temperature in the room was 30C, which made it impossible to get a decent night of sleep.
Clean and modern hotel with parking in a public car park just down the road. Mini bar stocked with 4 soft drinks, free of charge. Good size rooms with clean modern shower and/or bath units. TV has many international channels including Sky Sport. Bar area next to reception. Lift to all 5 floors. Buffet breakfast with a large variety of breads, continental meats, cheeses, fruit, scrambled and boiled eggs. Very friendly staff.
I stayed in 3 room during 2 weeks. It was impossible to get rooms warm enough. Airconditions are not working properly in rooms.
