Welcome to Utahpia! Sharing Our Happy Place With You

Experience Duck Creek Village in this lovely 7-bedroom house. With 1 king bed, 6 queen beds, and 1 full bed, this tremendous property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washer/dryer, 2 wood burning stoves, 2 separate living rooms. Spend hours playing Golden Tee Putting golf game on the big screen. We have misc games for families to play as well as a game table that converts to a pool table or ping pong table. Spend hours watching deer, turkey, various birds, chipmunks and squirrels amongst the trees on our expansive deck. Play corn hole outside or make some smores. This home is equipped with all your needs for a memorable family vacation. We look forward to welcoming you to our happy place so that you may create lasting memories with your family and friends. Zion and Bryce Canyon are both about an hour away. There are several places to fish at Aspen Mirror Lake and Duck Pond and on Duck Creek which all are a 5 minute drive from our house. You can rent UTVs in the summer in the Village which is also 5 minutes away. Snowmobiles can be rented there also in the winter. If renting in the winter you must have 4 wheel drive or AWD to get up here.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 7 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Great family vacation

Beautiful large cabin in the pines. Location near hiking trails, lakes that were great for fishing and kayaking. I would recommend to family and friends.

Best place and best host ever on VRBO

We’ve never had a host as amazing as Sarah. Very informative and helpful with communicating before, during and after our stay. The cabin was amazing too! Super clean! Fabulous location. Quiet. Spacious. Plenty of room for all 15 of us. 10 adults and 5 children ages 5 and under. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. 3 refrigerators. Plenty of storage. I could go on and on. More than we expected.

Absolutely wonderful

We stayed with our aging mother. She has mobility issues but was able to get around with help. She absolutely loved this stay with her children. The house was very accommodating for our large group. It was beautiful and peaceful.

Wonderful experience

Definitely the favorite cabin our family has stayed in. Everything about the experience was wonderful. The home is comfortable, clean and well stocked with the comforts of home. The host met us at the property to give us a tour and they treated us as if we were old friends or family that was visiting their home. We have a large family and it is did to find a place that fits us all nicely but this cabin and property did it. The pictures are beautiful but don’t do the home and property justice! We hope to visit again!

Amazing Stay at Duck Creek – Beautiful House!

Our group of 19 has been taking this trip for over 20 years, and this was by far the best house we’ve ever stayed in! The home was absolutely perfect, spacious, well-equipped, and even better in person than in the photos.The location was ideal, just a short drive to Brian Head for skiing, Strawberry Hill for sledding, and super convenient access to snowmobiles. We also loved exploring the village with its charming shops and great restaurants.The house itself had everything we could have possibly needed and more. From the comfortable bedrooms to the well-stocked kitchen and fantastic gathering spaces, it was the perfect place for our group to relax and enjoy our time together. The gaming areas were perfect and a great way for us to get off the electronics. We highly recommend this home and can’t wait to return!

Perfect getaway

Booked this cabin with my family of 19, mixed ages including children. It had plenty of room for all of us to be together, yet have our own space at the end of the day. The cabin is kept immaculate and is very well stocked. Plenty of linen, toilet paper/paper towels, and a full kitchen. The yard is very spacious and has a nice fire pit. The hosts had plenty of firewood for us to use as well as chairs and sleds. Honestly this place had it all. We all had such a great vacation that we are considering making this cabin a yearly tradition.

Excellent Stay!

Sarah was an amazing host! We enjoyed every moment of our stay! She was very hospitable and offered us everything we needed! The suggestions she made for our group made our trip even more memorable! Ice fishing on the Navajo lake was definitely a unique experience we will all remember for a long time! We would definitely come back again!
