Great location

This apartment is in an ideal location in Lapad. It is a short walk to the Lapad promenade on the waterfront with all its restaurants, etc., and is only a block away from a grocery and pharmacy. It is also a short bus ride (or a 35 minute walk) from the old city. The hostess was very friendly, oriented us to the property and made good suggestions. The unit is as advertised, small and efficient though not overly fancy. The only thing it would have been good to know is that there is now construction going on next door next to the balcony, so there can be some noise early in the morning. That didn't bother us but it might make it a little difficult for someone who wants to sleep in.
