Nice lobby, but our least favorite hotel of our Ireland travel. Overlooked a filthy alleyway and we were on low floor so awakened at 6am by delivery trucks and yelling. Rooms were small and AC would not cool properly, had to go through two shifts of desk staff to get a fan for the room. The rooms and hotel were very clean, bathrooms nice, and the man at the desk overnight was very helpful. Overall just not to the level we expected for the price.

Wonderful central location about a 10 min walk to trinity colloge/temple bar area with dart and bus stops very short distances. Very quiet area! Staff was wonderful and friendly. The Castle Tea Room on the corner serves an amazing and decently priced breakfast all day and wonderful coffee and tea.

Beautiful Hotel all area's are of a very high standerd throughout. My only tiny complaint is as my Son is in a wheelchair user there are only steps into the hotel no ramp this i feel should be looked at however Hotel 7 sister Hotel is just across the road and they have a ramp etc . Food is divine and all staff are excellent

The inside foyer of the hotel was inviting and beautiful. The room appeared brand new. For Europe is was very spacious. The hotel was locked at night which added extra safety. The area around the hotel is historic and important but the streets very close by were dirty. It could be like any big city. I’m not sure. The proximity to fun areas of the city was excellent. We walked across the street to catch a tour bus to the cliffs of Moher and there were tour buses going to the Giants Causeway and other places the same morning. So the location is fantastic for touring. All around we lived this hotel.

I loved this hotel. It was so cute with a quiet air of elegance and in a great location. The beds and sheets were so comfortable. I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10 and would stay again.
