We were a family of 4 we wasn’t able to book floor 5 like our friends I paid 10 pound less per person then my friend but our stay was completely different. She had complimentary chocolates tooth brushes robes slippers everything we had nothing. Our coffee a tea wasn’t topped up we only had 3 towels and there were 4 of us. The difference was so bad. I would have paid for floor 5 if I could have but due to being 4 of us couldn’t.

Check in was fast & efficient. Room 101 was cold, heating was set on low & despite informing the front desk, took 2 days to resolve. Breakfast was amazing, staff lovely & variety offered outstanding. Overall a great stay, a few tweaks & it would have been a 10/10

Room was good quality, however poorly insulated from noise, music and neighbors could be heard as people went to bed. Breakfast was nice, cereals, Full Irish, decent baked good range, cold cuts and fresh fruit every morning, a little disappointed it was the same range every morning. Very convenient transport options, the green line tram is directly outside the hotel every twenty minutes or so going straight through Dublin North/South. Overall a decent experience but for the price paid not amazing.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton .. check in fast and courteous. Ate breakfast which had a good assorted buffet; we walked everywhere easily and used the elevated train to get to the football stadium
