The hotel itself is in good shape and has a great, friendly and professional team, but it does not have the pool / beach area around it. You may use the beach facilities at another hotel 40 minutes away for a fee. The area around the hotel has lots of construction, no restaurants (other than the two at the hotel), no parks or good walking areas. The pictures of the pool facilities should not be on the site, they are misleading.

I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at this first-rate level hotel in JVC in Room # 3405 (34th floor) and in Room # 2716 (27th floor) during my 7 nights stay at this hotel from Novemer 23, 2025 to November 30, 2025. The views from both of these beautiful rooms were absolutely incredible from the floor-to-ceiling windows and the service from the staff members at this hotel was fabulous. The swimming pool and fitness center are both top notch and the breakfast buffet I enjoyed each morning during my stay had well over 40 different super delicious selections to choose from with dishes represented from across the globe. The valet parking attendant, Khurshid, was by far one of the most polite, caring, hospitable, respectful, courteous and friendly valet parking attendants I have ever met. Khurshid consistently went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my vehicle was taken care of and he consistently assisted me with providing excellent directions to nearby attractions within the local JVC area. Excellent and outstanding levels of customer service are what truly represent Khurshid from the Valet Parking department and he truly deserves recognition from members of the senior level hotel management.
