The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

A bedroom with a king-sized bed, built-in wardrobes, and a 55" TV gives you a restful place to settle in, while room-darkening shades help ease you into slower mornings. The sofa bed in the living area provides an additional sleeping option, allowing the apartment to comfortably host up to 3 guests.



Living area

The living room provides plush seating and a 75" Smart TV, creating a relaxed setting for easy evenings. Natural light fills the space throughout the day, drawing focus to the sea and Marina views and offering a peaceful environment for downtime.



Kitchen and dining

A kitchen and dining area sit just off the living room, offering the essentials you need to prepare meals at your own pace. Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED.

Other Things to Note:

Once you have booked and received the confirmation email, to ensure a smooth check in and meet our obligations with the Tourism authority, we kindly ask you to provide your passport details in the check in form (sent in confirmation email).

Your passport will only serve the following purposes:

1- notify the building security to allow apartment access

2- register your stay with tourism authorities

The cleaning fees mentioned in the price breakdown cover only the check out cleaning. For any additional in-stay cleaning, please reach out to us for prices and bookings.

The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
