The stay was awesome. Had a minor issue with the room which Sharon, Abhi and team very kindly dealt with incredibly swiftly. Saudi checked us in early, which was incredibly welcome and unexpected, and the fabulous service continued from there. To add, the team in the Horizon Club: Zineb, Erika, Keith, Zora and Janeth were so great and anticipated our every need. Will mostly definitely be back. Thanks to all again.

A group of 16 of us traveled for a birthday and we chose Shangri La primarily for the epic views especially of the Burj Khalifa. It was a smooth checkin, staff/service was impeccable! Poolside was a vibe, we all had a spa day and the massage had me drooling, literally. I ended purchasing products I really liked after my facial. I overslept for my flight and booked the next one for the morning, the staff personally came to my door to wake me up so I wouldn’t miss my next one. In addition to a wake up call lol might I add. I would stay here again and again and again 10/10. I was the last of the birthday group to leave so and I felt safe and the staff took my well being seriously. Highly recommend!!
