I appear to have accidentally booked the room underneath the all night disco. I didn't remember this option when checking in. Cindy Lauper has told me in excruciating detail that girls only want to have fun and now Madonna is explaining to me that girls just wanna have fun. Well I just wanna go to sleep which is why I have paid for a hotel room with a bed to sleep in. Unless you are 18 I suggest you avoid avoid avoid this hotel. It is now 1.30am and still they will not let me sleep
I stayed for a work conference for the full week. This is not my first time staying at the hotel as I have been there before. Level of service is very good, staff is very nice and helpfull. The size of the room was decent except for the wardrobe size which is too small if you are staying for multiple days. The room was clean and regularly refurbished with water and other supplies.I also had room service and food was nice but a bit poor in the presentation. We had the buffet lunch in one of the hotel restaurants and food was delicious with fresh ingredients and a good variety of dishes. Conference rooms were good but it was not really possible to adjust the temperature (too cold for most of the audience). The equipment for audio conferences wasn't sufficient for the size of the room. Overall it was anyway a good experience and I would stay again
Friendly efficient hotel in the business district of Media City Dubai. Metro is a 5 minute walk and this connects you to all the main attractions. We stayed in room 631 it has near ‘blackout’ blinds on the windows that are great! Extremely comfortable bed. Omelette in Chefs House at breakfast was amazing. Try the cheese and mushroom 😊
I travelled with my husband on holidays to Dubai for first time but the hotel team made us feel as if we are not stranger to this beautiful city. At check in they offered us business class room instead of standard room . The concierge team helped us to plan our itenary in such a way that we managed to see all tourist spot in Dubai in these five days . They also helped us in booking the tickets all all famous attraction around the city and helped us in booking transport. I would like to specially thanks rachita in concierge for these amazing hospitality and looking after us and making our trip so comfortable. I will definitely come back again to stay and recommend your hotel to family and friends.thanks to everyone once again
Me and my wife went for holidays in Dubai for first time. But the staff in hotel made us feel as if we are not stranger to this city . They guide us to plan the itenary as when and which place to visit . All the staff were very friendly and always made us feel comfortable. I would like to thank all the staff specially concierge team for looking after us. I would specially thanks rachita in concierge for looking after us. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay in your property whenever they plan to visit Dubai. Thanks everyone.
I went online to book a room at Radisson Blu for one night. There was the option to book a standard room with 2 single beds, which I selected. When I arrived at check-in, I was told 2 single beds was not possible - I either have to pay extra for a business room with 2 beds, or I have to book an additional standard room - either way, I had to pay a lot more money! I was really frustrated, but I felt there was nothing I could do, so I payed extra for the bigger room. We got to the room, and it was so noisy!! They gave us a room right above a construction site! Im so so disappointed!
Stayed here for business, room was large though a little dated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was really good- nice variety. Really enjoyed the daily south Indian dishes and the mouthwatering avocado smoothie. Get there early to grab a table outside or by the windows. Location of hotel was convenient for work, but you needed to get a taxi to the more interesting parts of town.
I have stayed at this hotel many times and whilst it can do with a refresh it is still good value for money. The staff are very friendly and the location is great for anybody who needs easy access to media city and internet city. The Club lounge is very disappointing though: no more nuts/biscuits, quality non-alcoholic beverages gone and even no glasses, ie you have to drink out of a bottle or can. Rooms are clean but definitely worn and in need of a refresh/refurbishment. Breakfast has got some decent options and the quality is very good. Rooftop pool terrace is small but perfect for a short period of downtime. Access to a beach club on the Palm is available for a very reasonable fee. Getting taxis can be a challenge and the limo drivers hanging around the lobby are annoying (as well as overpriced), hence stick to Uber and Careem if no RTA taxi available. I hope the owner will invest in this property as otherwise it will deteriorate to the point when guests will start looking at alternatives (it being Dubai there are plenty of choices including some brand new hotels within the same price category.
We used the Retox package they offer. Massage was professional, dinner at Certo and drinks at the bar were pleasant. The pool is really small. We will definitely do this again if they still offer the Retox package.
I stayed at this hotel for business, with colleagues, due to proximity to our local office at Media City. We had executive rooms and use of the executive lounge. We used this lounge a lot and it was very handy. We also used the meeting rooms each day. Buffet restaurant on the ground floor was excellent - very high standard of buffet food. Swimming pool was tiny so I wouldn’t recommend for a holiday, more just a quick dip to freshen up. Rooms were well appointed with large bathrooms, but the shower went hot and cold all the time, which wasn’t ideal. Two other colleagues has the same problem. The bar food at the roof bar wasn’t good. Greasy fried and tasteless but give them the benefit of the doubt, it was late when we ordered it. Meeting rooms were ok - a bit dingy interior. Service was a bit hit and miss around the meeting rooms, but the staff in general in the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. All in all I would recommend and stay there again on my next trip.
