The apartment is fully furnished with kitchen and kitchenette, living room and the guests are served with all due respect and gratitude. Property is situated next to an amazing shopping neighborhood as Mall of Emirates and Metro Station is just on 5 minutes walking distance. One can find convenient retail outlets, malls, popular hotels, restaurants and supermarkets like Grandiose, West zone, Carrefour within walking proximity distance from the tower and 3.5m drive to Burj Al Arab and Madinat Jumeirah and just a mile drive away from Sufouh Beach aka Secret beach.
