Service was great! All the staff was very helpful and kind. Hotel is great if you plan on taking the metro everywhere. The marina is within walking distance. Which was very awesome. However the property itself was average nothing amazing. The room is where is really had issue. When we first arrived it smelld like musk and it was humid very disgusting after a long flight to come to something like that. Also the room itself was insanely dusty!!! Handprints all over the mirrors. I expect more from a highly rated hotel. I would not stay here again
