My accommodation is located in Dubai Marina at the Jumeirah Beach Residence complex at MURJAN 6 TOWER residence with free wifi, swimming pools, gardens, gym, security, parking, 24 hour supermarkets with direct access to The Walk JBR & the beach, the view exceptional, restaurants, the sea, seaside activities suitable for families, nightlife. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, families.

Great location in between JBR and Marina Walk

Great location. Spacey apartment. If there are 4 of you, you won’t feel crowded at all. Each room has its own bathroom, which I found very convenient. Big living room. Everything we needed (utensils wise) was available. Helpful host. My only recommendation for this flat, some interior pieces seem to have seen better days. Overall positive. We enjoyed our stay.

Second of me the appartment location is the best in Dubai! but the neatness of whole app. was terrible when we arrived furtheremore there didn't change bedlines and towels.The furnitures and surfaces (wallpaper,floor) was run-down.The aircondition didn't work.BUT the owner was collaborating!After 2 days the aircondition worked, and after 1 day sended new bedlines and towels (but we had to clean after the previous guest!). So during our stay we had and agreement for our inconvenience.According to this the owner will refund us 500,- EURO (from the accomodation fee), and we acceped it. We hope that he will comlpte!If the conditions of app. would meet the pictures this accomodation would be excellent!

Wir waren vom 16.04.2023 bis 24.04.2023 in dem Appartment. Der Vermieter war stehts bemüht, sowie freundlich. Jedoch die Bilder in seinem Angebot täuschen! Der Ausblick ist zwar auf den Jumaira Lake jedoch leider auch auf 2 Großbaustellen / Gastanks / Hauptverkehrstrasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock, unter Ihr ist ein Englischer Kindergarten, wer es ruhig mag, hat schon verloren. Der Zustand der Wohnung (leider kann ich hier die Bilder nicht posten) ist eher Sanierungs als renovierungs bedürftig. Flecken an Wänden sind da noch das harmloseste. Ausgerissene Schrankscharniere, nicht schliesend Möbeltüren bzw. durchhängend. Balkontür läßt sich nicht abschliessen. Vogelkot vor dem Balkon (Vorsprung vom Haus). Schimmel an Silikonnähten in beiden Bädern. Fehlende Glasböden an den Badregalen in jedem Bad und Verletzungs Gefahr an den abstehenden Haltern. Warmwasser reicht gerade so zum Duschen obwohl Badewannen viorhanden ist es unmöglich dann Warm zu Baden da es schneller kalt wird als es einläuft. Insgesamt überall Haare vom Vormieter. Wasserkocher undicht. Amateurhafte farbliche Ausführung von Vergilbten Baddecken. Zu allem überfluss hatten wir auch noch einen Rohrbruch in der Flur Decke.... der Vermieter hat sich zwar immer entschuldigt jedoch nicht wirklich ist er auf die Mängel eingegangen bis auf den Rohrbruch. Auf Anfrage ob er einen Nachlass/Erstattung bezüglich der Mängel gewähren würde hatt er bis heute nicht reagiert. Gemeinschafts Swimmingpool ist OK
