We did the brunch at al qasr - across three restaurants we thought it was very good it was very hot and in May over summer temperatures we were quite a way from the main restaurants but still can highly recommend this brunch. I would recommend asking to be sat in the far left restaurant of the three - away from the music and close to the kitchen. Great stay of food and great outdoor stations, curry, Arabic, English - gnt stations etc. Really dos cater for everyone. Get the Isme app if you don't have entertainer and it come about about 260aed. Great poem section and help yourself beers. Family Atmosphere too not mega party but still very good nice vibe, only thing might be a little too spread out.
Al Qasr is a place of magic, great food, wonderful location, excellent service and memories you will remember forever. The palm trees bloom, the boat rides are smooth and the scenery is heavenly! The jewel in all of this is the staff and the attentive, dedicated service they provide. From the porters, to house keepers, pool attendants, restaurant staff and everyone associated with this 'palatial resort' they will make you feel welcome, relaxed and become a part of a larger 'family'. It's money well spent on a holiday you will not have anything to be disappointed with. Ten days was not enough for us!
I would recommend you would stay at the summer house its beautiful, very fun and looks incredible! Its definitely worth it, a lot of water activities, a verity of tasty restaurants and they have a lovely staff
There was a group of us around 11 of us the hotel is very nice and the staff is exceptional Must add we had the executive package which allows afternoon tea of sandwiches and cakes Also we had 2 hours of free drinks every evening around 6-8pm which consisted of any drink or cocktail you could drink Brian Rubeena and can't remember his name but was so nice to serve you drinks every evening after a very hot day in the sun Drinks if you are buying them work out very expensive I think around 65 pounds for a bottle of wine and a beer 12 pounds Just get vodka at the duty free at airport and fill up some bottles a soft drink is around 5 pounds to buy Food at pai Thai is a supplement of around 30 pounds and if you can eat it all as portions are amazingly massive Well done Shimmmers on the beach was a Greek cuisine and setting was lovely The seafood restaurant was also very nice Our room was the best and our room service boy Called MAHESH was a credit to the hotel as nothing was any trouble and everyday stocked an put back immaculately The veiw from our room was amazing All in all had a very lovely week thanks to all at the hotel
Having been a very frequent travel to Dubai over the past 25 years and having stayed amongst the top hotels I just wanted to provide special recognition to Eri who is the Manager of Al Qsar's executive lounge. Service is often talked about and coming from a customer service industry know its rarely experienced. Eri even before we arrived was outstanding in terms of taking total ownership for our requirements before we arrived and attended to every detail and made us feel very special. Her team were just awesome including Brian, Cheryl and so many more living up to her high standards. Stay without any second thought you will be delighted and more! Well done Eri - Biggest Ambassador for Jumeirah Group and worthy of recognition or risk losing!!
2nd visit - stayed 3 nights in a summerhouse and 3 nights in Al Qasr in Ocean View Executive Club Room. Summer houses have recently been renovated - great space, decor and facilities. Shower rooms big enough for 6 people, although bath tubs are more form rather than function as keep sliding down! Electronics and connections bang up to date. Butler service great and environment especially the courtyard and private swimming pool to die for. Executive club on 5th as usual, highly personalised service and a good food selection. Summerhouse rooms superior to Al Qasr rooms although the Al Qasr is still of a high 5 star international standard.
In the lobby Café . Staff accommodating your wishes. Home away from home. Atmosphere is great, spacious and charming. Our favorite place in town and we love visiting it with family and friends. Thank you staff.
Before heading back home, we stayed at Al Qasr. It was our best hotel in Dubai. The hotel is simply stunning. Beautiful interior and the surroundings and pool area are amazing, while you walk down to the pool and beach, crossing little rivers The staff was extremely service minded and friendly. Everything worked out perfectly and was organised with lots of attention. We had selected an Executive Room with access to the Club lounge. That was an excellent choice. The club lounge entitles you to little snacks and drinks during the day and among other entitlements it also includes the airport transfers. Now to our huge surprise at check-in ... we got an upgrade to the Royal Suite. That suite is the best I have ever seen. It was so spacious, beautifully decorated with love for small details, it had a huge terrace and probably the best view of all the rooms in the hotel. We had a hard time to leave it. Thank you so much for this and letting us feel special. I can only thoroughly recommend this hotel.
Absolutely loved this hotel starting with the welcome from Yusef to the efficient check out on leaving. Much better than at JBH where we stayed in August 2016. Staff were great; so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Service round by the pool from Shamnad in particular was superb. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Half board option was great value. We didn't leave the resort for the 10 days we were in Dubai. Kids club better than in Jumeirah Beach Hotel too. Our 7 year old son didn't want to leave. Many thanks for a great holiday, we will be back for sure
Spent 4 nights here in May - Nice staff and great facilities. Probably the best gym I have come across! Many guests, many facilities - Best to get to the facilities early to avoid congestion. Great views when on the Abras! Thoroughly recommended and you may even do some celeb spotting!
