Just overnight stay due to flight next day. Very modern and posh hotel. Breakfast was nice with omelettes cooked in front of you. Hotel is close to airport.

The welcome reception by Mr. Haris and Mr. Syeed was excellent. Their smiling faces and willingness to offer help, even without being asked - was a great gesture. I must especially highlight my multiple interactions with Mr. Haris; he was consistently professional, highly accommodating, and a true asset to the team. Housekeeping staff were also efficient and courteous, which added to the overall positive customer experience. That said, in a few instances, I observed some managerial-level staff (judging by their attire) who appeared to take customers lightly. They did not smile - perhaps due to being overwhelmed and at times did not take the extra step to guide or resolve minor issues. While these were rare occurrences do not overshadow my overall positive impression, management should take note of such small lapses. In a competitive market, especially during off-peak seasons when it is truly a customer’s market, these details can make a difference. Finally, Room 343 offered a reasonably good view, but it was not ideal for sound sleep, as the nearby metro trains serve as a constant reminder that life in Dubai is always vibrant! 😩

My booking was canceled for this hotel since it was late check in after 6pm. But the hotel staff never mentioned this once during booking or even when I called to enquire about the booking. They straight rejected to give a room when we came at 3 am in the night extremely tired, but there was no concern from the hotel staff none so ever.
