Upset with the service not front desk

1-Requested for no connection room was not available. 2-Toilet flushing unit, no water going to the tank. Called service Center junior technician came and checked, sometime can and he cannot do any thing and will inform his supervisor to come. After one hour supervisor did not turn up. Called again the service Center. After 15 min the supervisor came and checked the water pressure which was choke. 3-We left the room at around 10am and highlighted to make our room. We saw the cleaner 2 rooms away from our room when we left. When we came back our room wasn’t make up yet. I saw the person in charge of the cleaner out side my room and asked him and he said 15 minutes the cleaner will come. We waited for I hour n called the housekeeper and he said the cleaner is on the way. We were very upset after spent a few hours outside and when we came back our room was not ready.
