Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Dubai Marina and literally 5/10 minutes from the public sandy beaches. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The JBR walk and Bluewaters Island is a 5/10 mins walk away with more options for dining and fun.

Our charming 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 43rd floor so the views are awesome. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, swimming pool (with the best sea views), so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.!!), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsey would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

There is a private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is less than a 2-minute walk away as well as other useful shops. The world-famous Barasti beach club is on the opposite side of the road and the nearest public transport is the Dubai tram in which the stop is just along from the building.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighborhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.

Getting Around:
As above, but lots and taxi's are around and Uber is available if you choose.

Other Things to Note:
SOFA BED:
If you require the sofa bed to be made up for sleeping with linens, and towels also provided for additional guests, there is an additional mandatory ONE TIME payment of AED 150 per sofa bed for this service.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
