The property is generally well-maintained and clean, benefiting from its new construction status and the presence of other recent developments nearby. However, this location poses challenges for taxi and food pick-up or drop-off due to its somewhat obscure positioning. Additionally, the area can be quite noisy. During our stay, we encountered issues with the shower drain in one of the two bathrooms, which we reported to the reception, but no action was taken. Furthermore, the air conditioning functioned only in one bedroom, and despite notifying the staff, there was no follow-up on this matter.
