It's right in the middle of all the goings-on in Dubai Marina and literally 5 minutes from the public sandy beaches. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk to without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The JBR walk and Bluewaters Island is a 2-minute walk

Our charming 2 bedroom apartment is located on the 11th floor so the views are utterly fantastic. Greeted by the 24/7 hrs concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, child's play room and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

The Bluewaters Island, home to Ain Dubai (Dubai wheel) is a 5/10 min walk where Caesars Palace can be found and lots of awesome options for dining as well as shops). The JBR beach is a 5 minute walk.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.), you'll also love the balcony and the amazing Dubai Marina views. Great to enjoy the morning coffee and the free WIFI will help you to catch up on emails and post your favourite social media pictures.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

The apartment fits 6 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed:

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

You also have a private car parking space and you will find a supermarket, restaurants and other useful shops within the building complex.

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is an affluent residential neighbourhood known for The Beach at JBR, a leisure complex with al fresco dining and sandy stretches to relax on. Smart cafes and pop-up craft markets line waterside promenade Dubai Marina Walk, while Dubai Marina Mall is packed with chain and luxury fashion brands. Upscale yachts cruise through the large man-made marina, where activities range from jet-skiing to skydiving.

Getting Around:
As in the description, but there are lots of taxis and Uber if you prefer.

Other Things to Note:
SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR & DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of 150AED
Please pay before check-in via Airbnb for this service

ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.

AC TEMPARATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
