Great location. Taxis readily available outside, next door to the metro and excellent supermarkets underneath. Appartment had an excellent view of the dubai mall and you can even see part of the fountain display. The condition of the appartment was ok but needs a bit of a refresh only due to use overtime.

Mixed feelings

Hi Our apartment were of High standard. Area is perfect next to burj kaliffa. Swimmingpool area is only for a “dip”. It’s not very cozy. Staff were really disappointing. No help with fixing issues for a curtain problem. No help to get a taxi, no help to order food, cleaning were not that good.

The property was great and extremely conveniently located by the Dubai Mall metro station. Not having a front desk makes the check-in process a little inconvenient if you are not certain of your time of arrival and an extra hassle to think about ahead of time. If you know when you'll be there then it's all rather straight forward!

Excellent introduction from the guest manager Mr Khamol. Location was brilliant adjacent to the metro and Dubai Mall. Accommodation very comfortable, clean and spacious. Pool area needs a little TLC, but itself is good. A great city vacation location for travelling and enjoying the sites.

On the surface, when first getting into the APT I was impressed. The Guest Experience Maker Mr. Khamol was very professional and friendly. Here is when it went sour, after Mr. Khamol left we all sat down in the living room to relax before unpacking..the T.V. could not pull a signal..so we called Mr. Khamol and he sent up his assistant who got the T.V. to work but we couldn't change channels or anything...found out the batteries were dead in the remote. But it was feeling a little cramp in the living room so I went to go to the Master bedroom to watch T.V. but then realised there is no T.V. in the master bedroom...in a 3 bedroom apt there was only 1 T.V. Ok. fine...I decided to log into the wifi internet maybe watch some netflix from my personal device instead....That was a NoGo as well. The wifi only seems to work in the living room and not the whole APT. So pretty much we were held hostage to the living room for any personal entertainment in uncomfortable plastic dining room chairs. Then my children started to freak out after the first day as they saw a couple of huge bugs crept up on them from the couch. After that i was ready to go. But the personnel was nice. it was walking distance to Dubai Mall which was a plus, but I won't be staying again...will go back to my usual hotel when I visit Dubai.

The place is truly fantastic. The location and views from the apartment are excellent and it's super quiet. There is only a 10 minutes walk to the famous Dubai mall and Burj-al- Khalifa. Also there is a subway station right across from the entrance to the building.

Very good location , closer to Dubai mall & Bhurj Kalifa you can walk around . Having a Grocery store in the basement so you can buy daily needs . Nice view of Dubai fountain & Bhuj Kalifa from the Apartment Charging Cleaning charges separately which should be avoided
