Enjoy Dubai in this spacious new 3 bedroom design apartment next to the beach, the famous Marina promenade. A very nice public beach is directly near the building. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. Perfect for groups & families!

10 persons can comfortably stay in this apartment, there are large beds in the 3 bedrooms, and there arewell as sofa beds.

Relax and enjoy the stunning Marina and skyline view from the large balcony - you can even see the sea! Or take a swim in the pool(free access for you). There is also a very nice gym which you can use.

You can cook in the fully-equipped kitchen (all kitchen appliances, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, cutlery, dishes etc) and eat at the dining table for 10 persons.
