Hey, please read ALL the ad. So, welcome to what we think is a truly awesome apartment. It's located right in the middle of all the goings-on in the sought after area of Motor City and is located super close to F1 X-Dubai, a short drive to the golf courses and the sporting centre of Dubai at Sports City. There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too within 15 minutes. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you want on offer.

Our charming 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor so those scared of heights need not worry. Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym and pool so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.

With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.), we’ve even installed free WIFI to catch up on emails and social media for you. The view is awesome and can be best enjoyed on the balcony while having your morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'.

There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you, I’m sure.

The apartment fits 5 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed:

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.

You also have a private car parking space and you will find a super market, restaurants and other useful shops within walking distance or a short drive. Arabian Ranches golf course is 5 min drive away.

The Neighborhood:
An iconic community that was once a part of the larger Dubailand development, Motor City has grown into a coveted development with picturesque cobbled streets and spacious properties. It is located adjacent to the Dubai Sports City and Dubai Studio City.

It is also home to Business Park Motor City, Dubai Autodrome and F1-X Dubai, a Formula One theme park.

It is a self-contained community with an array of facilities and amenities. Be it places for shopping and dining, healthcare centres, educational institutions, parks, entertainment or other leisure and fitness activities, Dubai Motor City has an attractive collection of options for everything.

As in the description, but there are lots of taxi's or Uber if you prefer

Other Things to Note:
SOFA BED:
PLEASE NOTE: If you require the sofa bed to be made up please notify me no later than 48hrs prior to check-in. If the request is made after this time, I cannot guarantee the linens and towels will be provided and cannot guarantee the sofa bed will be made up by the housekeeping staff. Given this please make this a priority as we don’t want your stay affected.

COTS & HIGH CHAIRS:
If you require cots or high chairs then there is a ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150 per item

FOLDABLE CHAIR AND DESK:
If you require foldable chair and desk then there is ONE TIME rental charge of AED 150

AC TEMPERATURE:
Please note that as recommended by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, the AC temperature will vary between 20-24 ℃ (depending on the temperature outside and the panel settings you control).

LUGGAGE STORAGE:
If you require your luggage to be stored before or after your stay, the charge is AED 150 for the first 2 bags and then AED 50 for each bag thereafter. Baggage storage times are 9am – 9pm. Baggage storage is subject to availability and not guaranteed. I recommend bookings are made no later than 48hours before to secure your space.
