Location is the only nice thing about this hotel. Booked this hotel because it was in the vip list but no vip advantages was given! Customer service is zero no help no listen to you and no support. No amenities, requested but got it after three hours after complaining three times. Requested to speak with manager but he was in meeting and then he is gone for the day.
great place clean rooms i stay 10 nights very helpful and great service kind staff this location is great close to airport and city center malls also not far from downtown 24 hours restaurants and specialty greeks cruise ride 10 minutes away ..thanks again for all staff see you soon 😊
Excellent hotel. Conveniently located close to restaurants and airport is also not very far. Metro station is walking distance. Clean and comfortable rooms . Will definitely stay again!

Good hotel and location,would stay here again. Staff was friendly and helpful also it helps that this location is not far from the airport because taxi fare can get pricey in Dubai.
The hotel faculty was very friendly and welcoming. They made sure our stay was comfortable. We were offered welcome drinks and lent converters for our electronics. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Even before we arrived in Dubai the hotel faculty was happy to help with the visa process for a family member. Aside from the wifi being mediocre the stay over all was great!
Everything was great except there was party in banquet hall started 9 AM on Friday . Party music was loud we couldn't sleep and hotel can't do anything . Try not to get Room at first floor which will eliminate party room music noice
There is a 15AED charge per night which I only found out while checking in. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.
