My room was in poor condition. The location in Deira was good, near Al Seef, Dubai Creek, Souk Market. Near City Centre Mall, this mall has the best prices in Dubai. The room fare was reasonable. Costumer Service was good. Fare included breakfast and shuttle service to and from Dubai Festival City. Mall. This hotel is in old Dubai.

Very Bad Customer Service

let me just tell you,honestly, that the room we got was a 3bedroom apartment and it was clean and very spacious , however, the ac was not working as well as there is no dial tone for all the phones.The water from the faucet also was yellow from the first minute you open. We had to call the front desk of the hotel using their landline. They send us maintenance after 30mins for the ac but for the phone, they said it should be with the IT dept hence, it was not fixed. Second, they have a very,very bad customer service. Especially, the one we encountered , Mr. Jalad, as I remembered. We experienced racial descrimination , as well as the way he handled our problem was very rude. Telling us that , he can cancel our reservation if he wanted to and he don't have any problem since i booked only in hotels.com and not directly from them. Hotels.com will refund and not them. He told I should read all the guidelines first before booking. Which I did showed him all the guidelines from hotels.com. and he showed me all their guidelines. I even suggested that they should also put their guidelines in hotels.com so we can read immediately. I respect all the rules and policies of the hotel and if we were wrong , he should tell us politely, he just made our trip horrible from the beginning and spoiled our night. I hope this hotel will enhanced their customer service. I do not recommend and will not come to this hotel anymore.

As soon as I entered the property, it smelled bad at reception area. Mattres in room had passed its end of life. I requested to change it which was met with a similar type. Lightning in Restroom was not sufficient at all, beard trimming was not possible. In room phone was out of service for the duration of stay. Whenever I needed any service, I had to use my cell phone to call the property. Property became old and worn out. It needs to be completely redone.

Stay was nice at the end. We initially complained because of the noise from the ongoing construction opposite the apartment. We were immediately offered an upgrade to a suite in the hotel garden. The customer service was awesome. Mr Peer went all out to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Lovely Beautiful Stay

The hotel was great and pleasant to stay. We were given a very clean room with housekeeping being done everyday. The suite was huge and all the facilities was good too. The hotel reception was great too and the first day when i arrived the reception customer service officer was very polite and really took care of us and were also provide us with welcome drinks. They were also very helpful in arranging transport for us and other needs as well. And again the reception customer service officer was good in his service when we left to Airport and i could not remember his name. It was a good trip, near to Airport and other sightseeing attractions and shopping. Will definitely go back to Al Jawhara Hotel Apartments again as they really took care of us. Thanks to the management and staff. Well Done Guys.

I celebrated my birthday on this hotel and they are very patience with us. We are a bit noisy till 5am but we didnt receive any rude advice from the crew. Thumbs up. They even extended our check out time.

Cheap, cheerful and comfortable. Excellent location, right behind deira city centre and the mall that has everything for everybody. Metro for the red line is a 5 min walk and takes you to major tourist attractions within 10/15 min and is super cheap to get around Dubai using metro trains. Excellent customer service, perfect staff help available. Two pools, one just for ladies & children. A recommended hotel

Spacious apartment close to Deidra city centre

The staff were very helpful and made it easy to organise day trips for my family and I to the Sahara desert and Abu Dhabi and the staff were also well experienced and courteous . location wise the hotel is in a good place next to the Deira city centre and the Metro .
