The staff were all lovely. We arrived and our room wasn't ready, we were given complimentary access to the lunch buffet while we waited and the food was lovely! We used the pool, and watched the sun set over the city. The room was spacious and the little kitchen would be great for long stays or larger families. Very nice buffet break fast! Variety of food for dinner buffet however I loved the breakfast more! Spa is very friendly and nice massage experience! Pool is very clean and quiet. As a single parent, there was a safe section for kids to play while I was swimming which is a blessing not worrying about them while relaxing

We stayed at this hotel as a familly for 5 nights. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived till we left. The hotel has excellent facilities and really good food. Would especially like to thank Ahmad from reception, sam from housekeeping and the staff at the bar. We booked the all inclusive package, which i would recommend if you intend to spend some time at the hotel

The best place I have ever stayed. The staff were so kind and accommodating, the hotel itself is amazing and the food options are fantastic. From the hospitality to the food to the facilities. This places makes me want to go back to Dubai just so I can stay there again.

We had a great stay at Al Bandar Rotana hotel. Staff were friendly, and always run the help and support during our 12 night stay. Location was perfect for us, also there are 3 route bus route available free at hotel which was save Timeand money.
