I was told I will receive a final statement after my stay and my deposit will be refunded Till today despite multiple emails not response Hotel has very later and poor response and waste my time Also multiple time has issues with sink not draining and issues was not entirely resolved Would not recommend full package / lunch and dinner not worth it at all and expensive for what is being offered

One of the most amazing places we have every stayed! BUT, they close the pool at 7!? Cant geven get the full sunset, much less the epic city lights. Its perfect temperature at night during the summer. They really must change this policy l, as we chose this hotel largely based on that extact night swimming view/ experience. We were all very sad when we showed up to swim and were turned away. But seriously, otherwise the place it perfection 👌
