You have comment about the woodwork brings back memories of the day my husband and I still in our 20's, with our 11 month old baby, walked into a run-down Victorian home in 1976 and viewed the cherry grand staircase, oak and cherry woodwork throughout, multiple stained glass windows and oak fireplace. We fell in love - and as you know, "love is blind". We purchased the house at an estate auction the following weekend. We didn't see the many years it would take to restore it to its former glory. After raising our three children here, we began the B&B. We love sharing our home and our town with visitors from all over the world! I'm so glad you enjoyed your visit.
