Good size rooms, fridge and microwave. Breakfast was also good.
The guy checking us in took FOREVER! It was late at night.... sooo tired and no one else there still took him 15 mins... I had booked online, should have been done in 5 mins or less. I was severely disappointed. Hotel was ok, bed uncomfortable, location a bit sketchy.
Poor maintenance, dirty shower head, dirty bathroom vent, cracked tiles in bathroom.
The room was filthy and staff unhelpful. The iron and ironing board were missing.
As soon as we checked into our room I went back to the desk to let them know there was NO INSIDE LOCK on our room. It was obvious there had been in the past. The desk person came back to our room with me and saw it but informed me that we would be safe because it could only be unlocked with our key card. I was not satisfied and asked for a different room but was told I could only have one if someone cancelled later or didn't show or take a smoking room. We stayed but I was very nervous!
They lie all day at this hotel. Tidy did not have the room I booked at all when I got there.
Reasonable price/quality. Good solution for overnight stay during a trop
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good location. Plenty of restaurant in the area.
Stayed in town to run a race starting just down the street at Dover Downs. Rooms were clean, quiet, & close to the race start & a large number of restaurant choices. Staff was friendly & allowed me to have a late check-out so that I could return & shower after the marathon. Thank you for a great stay!
Between the holes in the wall, dirty linens, and the non working phone (which they said they had to cut off because too many people were making drug deals on)... it was probably one of the worst hotel experiences ever.
I needed a short stay while my apartment was repainted and floored. My room was in the back overlooking the lake, where it was very quiet. Mattress was brand new and very comfortable. Bathroom had been renovated previously and was roomy and bright. Coffee and juice in the morning, and laundry facilities - all I needed. It served my needs very well.
Somewhat tolerable experience for not a bad price. Room is run down and needs an upgrade. Smell was musty. We got in late and left early so we just needed a place to stay. Breakfast was thread bare with little choice. Basically, toast and two kinds of cereal. Will never stay here again unless the upgrades are obvious.
Nice and quite this was my 2nd time staying within 3 week PD and I enjoyed my stay for the price I paid.
definitely a 2 star hotel , it was ok for a cheap place to sleep and move on in the morning
Good place to stay. Private, quite, reasonable price, and decent staff. Staff could be friendlier.
Says it is lakeside inn and suites it is a super 8 run by wyndam resorts terrible shape and conditions
I really wasn't expecting much from paying so little for a room within a few miles from a race I was doing but the room was rather undesireable. Though it was a non-smoking room it still slightly smelled like smoke. The bathroom fixtures weren't affixed well and there was a nice hole in the wall near the one bed. The coffee pot & hair dryer were rather dirty. The toilet was stained. It looked like the room was either rarely used or rarely cleaned.
We planned a last minute end of the summer beach weekend. My husband wanted to shorted the 5 hr trip so we decided to stay half way in between. The customer service was lacking. We had to interrupt the office staff and cleaning service who were having a very intense conversation just to check in. There were 4 people in our party and we only had enough linens for 2! When we went to the front desk to request more the night manager said they were all out of clean linens and we would have to come back in the morning. The next morning there was no one around! We asked for a wake up call, which they attempted to do but the phone in our room was broken! The breakfast was the worst. It was EXTREMELY continental. The milk was warm, the cream cheese was spoiled and we had to go digging through drawers to find bowls for the oatmeal packets!! Got $60/night you cant expect much, I guess. Definitely will not stay here again
The room and the bathroom was very nasty I didn't like it there
