Neuf donc très propre MAIS chambres exiguës :celles sous les combles,une sans fenêtre(non précisé dans le descriptif) et l'autre nécessitant une "gymnastique" pour un adulte de taille normale pour accéder à l'autre côté du lit! Pièce à vivre immense donc agréable.Environnement bruyant(entre deux rues passantes)et jardin très en pente donc inutilisable. Les photos magnifient l'ensemble...Dommage.

Propre, moderne et très bien équipé

Nous avions loué cet appartement pour sa proximité du port de plaisance car nous étions à Dournenez pour participer à un championnat de France de voile. A quelques minutes à pied, la superette, les deux boulangeries, la fromagerie et le grand marché de Tréboul bi-hébdomadaire ont largement suffit à nos besoins.Le vélo (avec casque et cadenas) dans la buanderie (commune aux quatre appartements) au rez-de-jardin fut une très bonne surprise.Les lits sont très confortables et le linge de lit et de toilette de bonne qualité en coton. Nous étions trois adultes, dont un couple, donc nous n'avons occupé que deux chambres, une au rez-de-chaussée et l'autre sur la mézannine. Le seul petit bémol concerne justement ces chambres sur la mézannine. Celle que nous n'avons pas occupée n'a pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur ce qui pourrait être désagréable pour certains et celle que nous avons occupé est sous la pente du toît alors la personne qui dort sur la gauche du lit doit se plier en deux pour en sortir (sauf à passer par dessus son compagnon de lit!!)Petit conseil pour Nelly: un crochet derrière les portes des chambres pour pouvoir y mettre des cintres avec des robes sans que ces dernières se froissent serait bienvenue.La cuisine est très bien équipée.Merci pour ce séjour très agréable.
Cette chambre sur la mezannine n'a pas de fenêtres.
Il faut être souple pour se glisser sur la gauche du lit sous la pente du toît dans cette deuxième chambre à la mézannine.

Nice and cozy house

We had a very nice stay. Everything was very clean and nicely renovated and furnished. Nelly welcomed us on arrival and was very friendly. The house is very close to the port of Treboul Where you can eat or drink a coffee.
