A beautiful quiet location and the room was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. Very comfy bed and lounge chairs. It was nice to have the fireplace lit in the guests' common area. Close to Dorrigo for dinner. Unfortunately, the electric blanket didn't work, but the aircon kept the room warm (it snowed nearby, so very cold outside!)

This was my first motel stay and it wasn’t to my usual standard. Accommodation requires modernisation (furniture and fabric), and some exterior lighting to be more welcoming after dark.

The resort was very clean and tidy. The room was well appointed and bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room to spread-out. The supplied continental breakfast was ok but the bread for toasting was very dry and stale. The outside grounds were very well kept and a credit to the ground's keeper. The property is out of town and has lovely views. I would happily stay again.

Our host was super friendly and helpful. The location is beautiful although not close to shops, restaurants etc. 35 minute drive to Bellingen or 10 minutes to Dorrigo CBD. No on-site restaurant but a lovely bar with a fireplace. Something different was the deer enclosure, and watching them get fed. We took our own alcohol and nibbles, and had plenty of lovely spots to sit in the grounds and relax with an afternoon drink or two. Parking directly outside yoir room was very convenient. Room was cosy with AC and electric blankets on bed, two recliners to sit and watch TV plus a small dining table as well. A lovely touch was some sour dough bread, condiments and fruit for a complimentary breakfast, with tea and coffee making facilities. All in all a relaxing stay with beautiful mountain views.

What an unexpected gem of a hotel. The rooms could have been slightly nicer (maybe some art on the walls or something to brighten the space)? That’s my only complaint. Otherwise, the WiFi worked great, the staff super friendly and the area was well taken care of and very relaxing. I stayed for only one night while passing through the area but can see returning if spending a week exploring the nearby parks and waterfalls.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a really lovely experience overall! The room was clean, cosy, and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the ambiance made it easy to relax and unwind. The only small downsides were that the kettle was in poor condition (could use a replacement), and the room didn’t have a mirror outside the bathroom—which would’ve been convenient. Despite that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!
