Ok but can be better

As a hotel, which been called the nice hotel in Shenzhen, maybe...Hm, just ok for stay as business trip. The bad impress while check, and the front desk do not realize\clear the booking from web hotels.com, and took a long while for your waiting. Nice room for stay a night for business, just ok. But the location was convenience.
