South-facing terrace overlooking a 950 m² private enclosed garden with badminton court. Private parking on the property.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, traditional veranda (unheated), 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90x200), shower room/toilet, office area, and laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1 and 2: 2 twin beds 90x200, 3: 90x200 bed), shower room, and separate toilet.
Amenities included: Wi-Fi access, baby equipment.
