South-facing terrace overlooking a private, enclosed 950 m² garden. Private parking on the property.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room, traditional veranda (unheated), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined), shower room/WC, office area, and laundry room.
Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms (1 and 2: 2 single beds 90x200 cm that can be joined, 3: 1 single bed 90x200 cm), shower room, separate WC.
