Villa Eden 900mt from the splendid Calamarina beach

The house consists of a large living area with a kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher - washing machine - stove - oven - coffee maker - kettle and dishes) bathroom with shower, double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, bedroom with bunk bed and wardrobe Wall. The living room has a leather sofa, a TV area with Sky and a fireplace! The outdoor area consists of a veranda where you can have breakfast and lunch and dinner enjoying the spectacle of a splendid view of the sea in all the tranquility that characterizes the surrounding area. Outside there is also a shower, a brick barbecue where you can dedicate yourself to the best roasts that our island reserves for us!
My intention is to make my guests feel as if they are in their own home with all the comforts and services that I can offer, making myself available for anything.
Access to the house in the private condominium is via an automatic barrier.
The town of Eden Rock is located about 3 km from the beautiful beaches of Chia, 10 km from the inhabited center of the splendid town Pula where you can spend beautiful evenings with many services that are offered. The closest shopping center is located at 1Km at LA PINETA where there is a well-stocked supermarket, butchers, fishmongers, souvenirs, sporting goods, tobacconist, bar, pizzeria and steakhouse.
Acirca 40 km from Cagliari and from the airport reachable in 40 minutes by car through the convenient s. s.195.
Discos and amusements are located a few kilometers towards Pula or Chia.

Tolle Ferien

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde an alles gedacht, sogar an Insektenschutznetze und Mücken-Stecker für die Steckdose. Andrea hat uns herzlich empfangen und auf Wunsch auch gerne einen Tisch im Restaurant reserviert. Die Woche ging leider viel zu schnell vorbei. Vielleicht sehen wir uns nächstes Jahr

Très bon séjour

Maison bien équipée avec une superbe vue, très agréable. Chemin certes cahoteux, mais il faut bien mériter cette vue! Penser à remettre des transats pour la saison! Très bonne communication avec Andrea et sa famille, très réactif. Merci!

Tolle Lage

Tolle Lage, Zufahrt über sehr holprigen Weg. Wir oft in südlichen Ländern darf man keine Lebensmittel offen rum liegen lassen, sonst kommen die Ameisen. Der Vermieter ist sehr besorgt und kümmert sich um alles.

location très agréable avec très belle vue sur mer, très bien équipée et aménagée. Je regrette l'absence d'une vraie fenêtre dans la chambre aérée seulement par un vasistas. Le chemin d'accès est très chaotique et très désagréablement praticable dommage!!!...

Die Toilette war nicht sauber geputzt. Die Fugen in der Dusche waren schwarz von Stockflecken. In der ganzen Wg. waren kleine Ameisen, daher konnte man keine Lebensmittel außerhalb des Kühlschranks lagern. Im Schlafzimmer stand ein kleiner Plastikkasten mit verschimmelten Inhalt, der zu Reizhusten in der 1. Nacht geführt hat. Dieser wurde von uns am nächsten Tag entsorgt. Erst auf Nachfrage erhielten wir einen zweiten!! Topf zum kochen. Bei Betätigung eines Lichtschalters im Wohnzimmer fiel der Strom aus, auch wenn Klimaanlage und andere elektrische Geräte in Betrieb waren. Eine Klimaanlage war im Schlafzimmer leider nicht vorhanden, so daß wir diesen Raum nicht vernünftig gekühlt bekommen haben. Es waren keine deutsch- o. englischsprachigen Bedienungsanleitungen für Sky, Safe und Abfallentsorgung vorhanden. Deutsche Sendungen zu sehen war für uns nicht möglich. Zugang für Wlan und Safe konnte uns die Mitarbeiterin von Andrea nicht geben, da sie sich wie für die anderen Sachen auch erst erkundigen mußte. Zum vereinbarten Check-Out Termin erschien die Mitarbeiterin nicht und war auch nicht erreichbar. Wir können nicht verstehen, daß diese Wohnung solche guten Bewertungen erhalten hat. Es stellt sich für uns daher die Frage wie seriös diese Bewertungen sind!

prima, eenvoudig zomerhuis.

Prima zoals gezegd. Maakt deel uit van aan groter vakantiepark. Je moet op een slechte weg even gigantisch klimmen.Huisje is goed geoutilleerd; alle spulletjes zijn aanwezig. Piepklein tuintje. Dicht op andere bewoners; weinig privacy en prettig als de buren niet te veel lawaai maken.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht

Die Wohnung ist am Hang gelegen und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf's Meer. Es gibt eine überdachte Terrasse und sogar einen kleinen Garten inklusive Grillstelle und Außendusche. Wir verbrachten 2 Wochen mit einem Baby dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles blitzsauber und wir haben viele Tips von Andrea zur näheren Umgebung bekommen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Es gab sogar Strandspielzeug, Luftmatratzen und einen Sonnenschirm. Ebenso war ein Kinderhochstuhl vorhanden. Ansonsten war es total ruhig, was aber auch daran lag, dass wir im Oktober dort waren und die Wohnungen um uns herum alle leer waren. Das sieht bestimmt im Juli/August anders aus. Mit dem Wetter hatten wir großes Glück und konnten jeden Tag an den Strand und im Meer baden. Andrea ist immer zu erreichen und kümmert sich, wenn man Fragen hat. Wir könnten uns gut vorstellen dort nochmal Urlaub zu machen!

Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen

Eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, die wir hatten. Perfekter Blick aufs Meer, in der Nebensaison schön ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal da und werden - wenn wir wieder nach Sardinien fahren, bestimmt nochmal kommen. Andrea, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich - was will man mehr?

Entspannte Woche in schönem Häuschen

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der kleine Garten erlaubt einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben hier mit einem Kleinkind eine entspannte Woche erlebt, mit Ausflügen nach Cagliari, Pula/Nora und einer Tropfsteinhöhle. Die Strände in der Nähe sind traumhaft (Chia!) und die Gegend ist insgesamt wenig touristisch. Das merkt man zwar auch auf der Suche nach geöffneten Restaurants, es macht aber auch den Charme der Gegend aus. Andrea und Sonia waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Villa Eden - Paradiesisch mit traumhaftem Blick auf's Meer

Zum ersten Mal auf Sardinien - wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in der Villa Eden mit einem Gastgeber, der einfach fantastisch war! Und eigentlich hatten wir einen schlechten Start, nachdem es pünktlich zu unserer Fährüberfahrt mit regnen begann. Nachdem wir frühmorgens bereits in Olbia ankamen, mussten wir noch über 350 km in den Süden fahren - aber das hat sich wirklich gelohnt! Unser Gastgeber Andrea hat sich die größte Mühe gegeben, dass uns das Ferienhaus noch vor der eigentlichen Bezugszeit um 15.00 Uhr zur Verfügung stand. Und wir wurden mit einem wunderschönen Haus am Hang mit einem fantastischen Blick auf das Meer belohnt! Es erwartete uns ein liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man zu einem entspannten Urlaub benötigt und unser Gastgeber bereitete uns ein herzliches Willkommen mit Wein und sardischem Gebäck. Leider konnten wir die schöne überdachte Terrasse mit dem Außenwaschbecken und dem Grill nicht oft nutzen, da das Wetter ziemlich regnerisch und kalt war. Dafür war die Fürsorge von Andrea, der uns wärmere Bettdecken zur Verfügung stellte und uns mit frischem Fisch und frischen Muscheln versorgte, umso schöner und entschädigte uns für die entgangene Sonne. Dennoch machten wir einige Ausflüge in die Umgebung und fanden, da noch keine Saison war, traumhaft schöne und fast menschenleere Strände in der Umgebung. Vor allem der Strand Tuerredda unweit der Straße SP71 von Chia nach Teulada und diese Strecke war mit eines der schönsten, die wir je gesehen hatten. Auch das Städtchen Pula hat uns sehr gefallen. Dort gibt es einige nette Geschäfte und gute Restaurants; auch bezüglich zu empfehlender Adressen war uns Andrea ein hilfreicher Tippgeber. Wir können nur noch einmal DANKE sagen, für die Zeit, die wir in der Villa Eden verbringen durften, für die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft von Andrea und schlussendlich für die Herzlichkeit bis über unseren Abschied hinaus. Wir hoffen sehr, dass wir bald wieder hier unseren Urlaub verbringen können.
