Boas condições mas pode melhorar

Café da manhã excelente. Limpeza dos quartos excelente. Cama e travesseiros excelente. Atendimento muito bom. Falta ergonomia para acessar a banheira de hidromassagem do quarto. No final de semana o restaurante não funciona, isso deixou um pouco a desejar. Não tem ducha higiênica no banheiro do quarto. O funcionamento da área comum é confusa. Não tem horário, um diz que não vai funcionar e logo em seguida outra pessoa consegue colocar pra funcionar.

Hotel muito bom

A estadia foi boa, o hotel é muito bom, com área de lazer muito boa e funcionários muito educados, principalmente, o Clécio e a Marina, sempre prontos a ajudar. O único problema foi a festa que teve no sábado dentro do hotel com música alta, e hóspedes bastante animados e barulhentos, e que não foi informada no momento da reserva. O hotel alterou o quarto no dia da festa para diminuir o barulho,mas mesmo assim incomodou, além disso o restaurante não estava atendendo aos hóspedes por causa da festa. Reitero que devem informar aos sites de reservas sobre esses eventos.
